How It Works

What working with us actually looks like.

No mystery, no pressure and no surprises. You'll know the proposed scope and the applicable rate before any investigative work begins.

How It Works

A professional process, from first conversation to findings.

  1. 01

    Free confidential consultation

Tell us what's happening. We listen, then explain what can realistically be investigated, and what it will cost.

  2. 02

A plan built for your case

We define the scope, timeline and approach before any work starts. No surprises.

  3. 03

    Surveillance and documentation

We work discreetly and keep you updated as the case develops; surveillance cases include photo and video sent in real time.

  4. 04

    Report and next steps

You receive a detailed written report. If it's needed in court, we work with your attorney and can testify.

We don't promise what an investigation will uncover. We provide a professional process focused on establishing reliable facts.

Where we draw the line

What we will not do, and why that protects you.

To be clear: we absolutely photograph, film and document our subjects. That's the job. But if an investigator promises any of the things below, they're breaking Florida law and putting you at legal risk. Our evidence holds up in court precisely because of how it's gathered.

We don't hack phones or accounts

No reading texts, emails, DMs or passwords. Accessing someone's device or accounts without authorization is a crime, and evidence obtained that way is useless in court.

We don't wiretap or eavesdrop

Florida law requires everyone's consent to record a private conversation, so secret audio is off the table. Photo and video surveillance of what happens in public is lawful, and that is exactly the evidence we deliver.

We don't plant GPS trackers unlawfully

Florida law restricts placing a tracker on a vehicle you don't own. We advise you on what's lawful in your specific situation before anything happens.

We don't obtain records by deception

No pretexting for bank or phone records. Financial information is gathered through lawful public-record and asset research only.

And when your case closes, the file is yours. We hand over everything we gathered and destroy our copies. We do not retain case files.

Everything we do is conducted under Florida Chapter 493 through licensed agency #A1900157. Lawful methods are not a limitation: they are the reason the evidence works when it matters.
